Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. A 6% cancellation charge will be deducted from the order value, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method. As every piece at Huda Waqas is made-to-order, cancellations requested after the 24-hour window cannot be accepted.

Exchange & Refund Guidelines

As all garments at Huda Waqas are made specifically for each client, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind regarding style, color, or design.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit, provided that:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
You inform our team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The issue is verified by our customer support team.
Requests reported after the 48-hour window will not be entertained.

For Orders Delivered Within Pakistan

For orders delivered locally, it is the recipient's responsibility to inspect the parcel upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. Once this period has passed, we are unable to accept any claims for refund, exchange, or dispute.
